Marfa Portraits at Thunderbird



The Thunderbird Hotel invites us all to join them Monday evening for the opening of a show of Marfa Portraits by Louise O'Connor. November 19th 6pm – 8pm, complementary cocktails. If you keep a keen eye, you may spot some of the stars mingling with the masses.

Not to worry dear readers. No, I have not fallen off the end of the earth - nor have I been spotted by the blimp doing just those things for which the blimp spots. This year's Open House Weekend was certainly a whirlwind of art openings, performances, lectures and, of course, fun with friends. I guess since then I've been recovering in deep hibernation. (Drinking tequila straight from the Marfa water tower was certainly one of the culprits.)

At any rate, I'm back in action and be prepared for more of the good stuff on a regular basis.
